LEEDS UNITED SOCCER SCHOOL
The Leeds United Academy Soccer School Foundation are running four-day coaching courses for boys and girls aged 5 to 12 during the summer holidays at venues stretching across West Yorkshire.
The Leeds United Academy Soccer School Foundation courses are open to boys and girls. As a registered charity any surpluses are ploughed back into the operation and expansion of the future of The Leeds United Foundation.
During the course, the FA qualified coaches provide a rewarding educational and fun football camp experience regardless of age, background or skill level.
Foundation Summer Courses
The Foundation coaches accommodate a range of players and have sessions aimed to maximise participation, develop techniques and tactics in a way that motivates the players to want to practice and want to improve.
The coaches at Leeds United Soccer School follow an innovative programme, which addresses the technical, tactical, physical and psychological requirements of the game. A large emphasis is on creating a fun learning environment, therefore enhanced learning is achieved.
Foundation Summer Courses 2012
At the end of the week, everybody who participates will receive a certificate of attendance and a free gift. In addition to these medals and trophies are awarded to selected players for penalty shoot-outs and for the best attitudes.
Throughout the week our coaches are also watching to see if any players perform well, as they will also be looking to scout players with the possibility of attending coaching centres, development centres and even the Leeds United Academy.
