GOALKEEPING YOUTH TRIALS
Safe Hands is a 1 hour specialised sessions for 6 – 12 year
olds who have an interest in goalkeeping. The session
taught by our FA Qualified goalkeeping coach provide
attendees with valuable guidance about how to play in
the position using creative drills and games. Sessions
teach basic goalkeeping principles by focusing on key
skills which are broken down and taught in small steps,
to enable maximum understanding.
Safe hands is run over a 8 week course and provides
coaching on crosses, diving, positioning, handling,
footwork and shot stopping. The next 8 week course will
start on 4th May 2016 and the cost of the course is £60.00.
