Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : Have been playing football since I was 4 years of age but finding my keeping position at age 11. Have played in state carnivals, club level, representative level over the past 12 years. Upon turning 16 I was given the opportunity to play in the mens first division team, being the youngest keeper to take the field in the clubs combined history. This season just gone I was invited to play Wide Bay Revolution U16 national premier league and have been invited back to trial for the U18/20 team for 2014. I attend Goal Keeping Australia Academy training two nights a week and travel a three hour round trip to train for 90 mins.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I have a very good technique when striking the ball long distances and my general handling is very safe with sound technique. A real stength of my game is my communication and throws. I have demonstrated leadership qualities of a senior player. My one verse one delay technique is quite good and during corners and crosses I make good decisions and assess the flight of the ball well. I can kick off both feet but have a dominant right foot.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I think an academy director should give me a trial as I have a great attitude and discipline to my keeping. I am a great team player that possesses a high work ethic and good communication skills. I have been told I am very coachable.
