Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started playing for a football team when I was 9, I am now playing in the highest division possible on a Sunday and I am playing for the county team on a Saturday. During my short careers I have been my clubs leading goal scorer for the 4 seasons I have been playing and 3 of those have been in the highest league available. I am now confident and need to make the next step up in order for me to improve as a player. I have played 11 games this season and scored 17 goals but I have also assisted in at least 10 goals too and have played up front, central midfield and also as a winger and am happy to play any of those positions. 
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I can shoot with both feet, and head, I am a very accurate passer over short distances and long range. I score different types of goals which include close range, long range, free kicks and headers, I am also very creative and can drop off and create chances for other, I run the 100 metre in around 13.5 seconds at the moment and I am a very strong person and use my strength to my advantage. 
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I have an excellent attitude towards learning, I respect everyone and treat others how I wish to be treated. I already play at a very high level but want to progress and play for a professional team. I am an excellent finisher of the ball with both feet and my head but I also like to create goals for others to. If you give me the chance I will not let you down.
