    Discipline Officer - Manchester CFA

    An exciting vacancy has arisen at the Manchester CFA.

     

    Salary £22,000 to £26,000 + Benefits

    This position reports directly to the Football Services Manager and will coordinate and manage the Football Disciplinary System in accordance with FA Regulations.

    You need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level. You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. In addition you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence at all levels. You will also need to have a current full driving licence, with your own access to transport and be able to work evenings and weekends.



    Specific duties in this role will include:-

    • To co-ordinate and deliver an efficient and effective disciplinary system in accordance with FA Regulations and Sanctions.
    • To develop and improve processes and integrate on-line opportunities.
    • To communicate with Clubs and Leagues and support them with expert guidance of the processes and procedures.
    • To link discipline holistically with Football Development Programmes, Respect, Volunteer Development and Safeguarding.
    • To integrate annual FA Guidance and changes in Regulations and Sanctions.
