The Premier League and PFA Community Fund has agreed to fund an exciting new project to be run by Swansea FC Community Trust in partnership with the City and County of Swansea FC.

The Healthy Together Project aims to tackle health problems by engaging families in a program that provides an integrated approach to improving physical activity and nutrition levels, and thereby empowering families to lead a healthier lifestyle.

This is a fixed term three year post. It is full time (35hrs per week) and will be paid at £20,740pa.

Do you have experience of delivering health eating, physical activity, or behaviour change programmes, managing budgets and partnership working with private, voluntary and public sectors? Then you may be the person we need to develop, promote and monitor the Healthy Together project, and to ensure its delivery by co-ordinating a team comprising of Swansea City FC Community Trust and City and County of Swansea staff.
