    Soccer Coaching Staff, 9 month contract: March 22nd to November 16th, 2012
    Coaching staff members are the backbone of USA. Coaches will work with individuals and teams in order to develop them over the course of a season. The spring and autumn seasons will be more team based coaching while the summer will be predominantly camp based coaching. Coaching staff will also be required to assist in the promotion of all USA programs. A solid coaching background is required including appropriate certification.

     
    Soccer Coaching Staff, 4-5 month contract:June 22nd to November 16th, 2012
    Coaches will begin work during the busy summer season on day-camp style programs before moving onto the more traditional soccer season in the autumn. A solid soccer coaching background is required including appropriate certification.

    Area Manager, 9 month contract:March 22nd to November 16th, 2012
    Typically, these positions are filled by current Soccer Coaching Staff employees who have excelled in their present position, however, suitable external applicants will be interviewed for the position. Area Managers possess a strength in a specific area required by the USA administration. Candidates must also possess a solid coaching or education background.

    2011: Trainee Regional Director, long term contracts: Ongoing appointments of up to 3 years. Trainee Regional Directors (TRD's) must have advanced coaching knowledge and experience. A university degree in a sports related field is required for this position. TRD's must also possess sales, organization & management experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. TRD's will manage a group of staff and clients in an assigned geographical region or be assigned a specific area of business development. TRD's will be promoted to the Regional Director position after successfully completing their trainee period (typically 6 months).

    2011 Part Time Soccer Coaching Positions
    United Soccer Academy currently require part time soccer coaches to work on fall programs in the central and south New Jersey areas. Part Time coaching staff should be NSCAA or USSF qualified and have experience coaching children aged 3 to 14. Coaches will be required to drive up to 45 minutes to programs and should have ready access to transport to and from coaching locations.
